Teaching Certificate in Mathematics
Teaching certificate studies are intended for students who have completed the duties of at least the second year in the Department of Mathematics. Department of Mathematics Education students will acquire theoretical knowledge combined with practical knowledge of teaching mathematics.
Teaching Certificate Studies
Studies for a teaching certificate include two courses of study: studying towards obtaining a teaching certificate in a single year course and studying towards obtaining a teaching certificate in a two-year course.
Teaching certificate in the Department of Special Education
The purpose of the program is to train special education teachers for working in special education programs and as school teachers in schools which integrate special education children in regular settings. Those accepted to the program could focus their studies on two fields they choose, one in their first year of study and the other in the second year: autism, developmental disabilities, hearing impairments, emotional disturbances, and behavior problems.
Teaching Certificate Studies in Psychology
During the school year, the students will study 20 mandatory points, completion courses in accordance with previous studies (as determined by the admission committee), and a practicum consisting of 8 points each year. Studying in the one-year course will be allowed with the approval of the admission committee, in cases where the student has completed all of his/her BA duties and providing that the program is carried out in that particular year.
